Nx350 Terms & Conditions – Platform Usage Terms
This document contains the terms and conditions for using the nx350 platform. Please read carefully before registering or using any of our services.

1. Acceptance of Terms of Use
By accessing, registering, or using the nx350 platform (including the website, mobile app, and all related services), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy.
These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User") and nx350 ("Platform"). If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use our platform.
Nx350 reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the platform after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms. It is the user’s responsibility to review this page regularly.
To use the nx350 platform, you must be at least 18 years old. The platform is not intended for individuals under the minimum legal age in their jurisdiction.
2. Account Creation, Security & User Responsibilities
To fully access nx350 services, you must register an account with true, accurate, and current information. Each user is only allowed one account. Multiple registrations by the same person are prohibited and may result in suspension or closure of all related accounts.
You are fully responsible for keeping your password and account login details confidential. Do not share your login information with anyone. nx350 is not liable for any losses due to unauthorized access resulting from your own negligence.
Users agree not to:
- Providing false or misleading information during registration
- Using another person’s account without permission
- Engaging in any activities that violate Malaysian law
- Attempts to compromise the platform’s security or integrity
- Using automated software, bots, or scripts to access the platform
Any suspicious activity must be reported to the nx350 support team immediately.
3. Payments, Deposits & Transactions in MYR
All transactions on the nx350 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Users are responsible for ensuring the payment methods used are valid and under their own name. Use of bank accounts or digital wallets belonging to third parties is prohibited.
Deposits are processed via supported payment methods including FPX, TNG eWallet, and online banking. Processing times vary depending on the method chosen — most deposits are credited within minutes after confirmation.
For withdrawals, the recipient bank account name must match the name registered on the nx350 account. Withdrawal requests that do not meet this requirement may be delayed or rejected until identity verification is completed.
Nx350 reserves the right to hold or reject any transaction suspected of fraud, money laundering, or violation of these terms. In such cases, the related account may be temporarily suspended pending investigation.
All transaction history is stored in your account records and can be reviewed anytime after logging in.
4. Platform Usage Rules & Liability Limits
Users agree to use the nx350 platform only for lawful purposes and not to violate any laws applicable in Malaysia. Any attempt to manipulate, cheat, or exploit system vulnerabilities is strictly prohibited.
Nx350 provides the platform on an "as is" basis and does not guarantee that services will be free from interruptions, errors, or unexpected downtime. We strive to maintain smooth operation but are not responsible for losses caused by technical issues beyond our control.
Nx350’s liability to each user is limited to the amount of active deposits in the user’s account at the time of the incident. nx350 is not responsible for lost profits, indirect damages, or any consequential losses.
Our platform is not responsible for decisions or actions taken by users based on information found on the platform, including odds, statistics, or other content.
5. Account Policy — Suspension & Closure
Nx350 reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to suspend or close user accounts for the following reasons:
- Violation of any part of these Terms & Conditions
- Fraud, identity falsification, or providing false information during registration
- Money laundering or suspicious financial activity
- Multiple account registrations or use of another person’s account
- Attempts to manipulate or exploit platform systems
- Directives from relevant authorities
If an account is closed due to a terms violation, any remaining balance may be withheld pending investigation. Final decisions are at the sole discretion of nx350.
Users who wish to close their accounts voluntarily can contact the support team. Any valid balance will be processed for withdrawal according to the established procedures.
6. Intellectual Property, Third-Party Links & Governing Law
Intellectual Property
All content on the nx350 platform—including text, design, logos, graphics, software, and source code—is the exclusive property of nx350 or its authorized licensors. Users may not copy, distribute, modify, or use any platform content for commercial purposes without prior written permission from nx350.
Third-Party Links
The nx350 platform may contain links to third-party websites or services. These links are provided for user convenience only. nx350 is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party sites. Accessing these websites is at your own risk.
Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with Malaysian law. Any disputes arising from or related to these terms will be resolved under the jurisdiction of Malaysian courts.
If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a competent court, that provision shall be modified as necessary, while the remaining provisions shall continue in full force.
